On Monday, award-winning local painter Rosemary Kavanagh (aka "The Lady Who Paints") was spotted through a library window. What was she doing? Why, painting the library of course!
Rosemary Kavanagh has participated in numerous exhibits in the U.S. and in Europe. She has won awards for exhibiting in group and solo shows in America, Europe and Mexico.
